HOW IT WORKS

01_JOIN

Register to receive The DUHORÉA Member Card and begin earning DUHORÉA Points..

02_EARN

• For every eligible transaction of 550,000 VND or more at DUHORÉA Hotel & Wellness, you will earn 10 DUHORÉA Points.

• Transactions below 550,000 VND are not eligible for Points and cannot be combined with other transactions.

• Please present The DUHORÉA Member Card when making payment to have your Points recorded.

03_REDEEM

04_ENJOY YOUR BENEFIT

To redeem your Points, simply present The DUHORÉA Member Card at the Front Desk.

Our Front Desk team will check your available Points, confirm your chosen redemption tier, and apply the benefit directly to your bill.

Once the redemption is completed, the corresponding Points will be deducted and The DUHORÉA Member Card will be collected by the hotel.

Redeemed Points are non-refundable and have no cash value.

05_TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The program is available to guests who stay at and use services directly at DUHORÉA Hotel & Wellness.

• The program does not apply to travel agencies, corporate accounts, or bookings that are not eligible for the program.

• Points are non-transferable.

• Transactions paid with discounts, vouchers, reward points, or under special promotional programs may not be eligible for Points.

• Points are valid only during the validity period of The DUHORÉA Member Card.

• Redeemed Points may only be used in the form of a direct deduction from eligible services at DUHORÉA Hotel & Wellness and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• DUHORÉA reserves the right to amend the program terms, Points-earning mechanism, and member benefits. Any updates will be announced on the website. Please scan the QR code on your Member Card for the latest program information and benefits.
